Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Burger RNG (the “Bot”, “Service”, “we” or “us”), a game operated through Discord. By interacting with Burger RNG, including through its slash commands, buttons, menus, or other bot features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Burger RNG

You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service, including its applicable minimum-age rules. You are responsible for using Burger RNG in accordance with Discord's rules and the rules of any server where you use it.

3. Gameplay and virtual items

Burger RNG is an entertainment game. You can roll to collect virtual burgers, earn Seeds, complete quests, purchase virtual upgrades and special rolls, unlock titles and cosmetics, and take part in milestones and leaderboards.

• No cash value. Burgers, Seeds, boosts, titles, special rolls, and other game items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged with us for money.
• Random results. Rolls involve chance. Displayed rarities and probabilities describe the game's configured roll system, and active boosts or upgrades may change the effective chance of outcomes.
• Balancing. We may adjust rarity rates, rewards, prices, progression, and event rules to maintain or improve the game.
• No guaranteed outcomes. Purchasing a virtual roll with Seeds does not guarantee any particular burger.

Burger RNG does not provide cash prizes or gambling payouts.

4. Fair use and conduct

Please use the Bot fairly and respectfully. You must not exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation to overwhelm or manipulate commands, attempt to duplicate game items, interfere with other users, evade restrictions, or abuse the Service. We may limit or block access, correct unfairly obtained rewards, or remove affected data when reasonably necessary to protect the game and its users.

Optional paid features: Premium subscriptions, permanent cosmetic purchases, and consumable Seed Harvest Boosts are purchased through Discord. Subscriptions provide their benefits only while active; permanent cosmetic purchases remain available subject to the game and any applicable refunds or reversals. A purchased Seed Harvest Boost must be activated through the Bot; it then provides 2× Seed earnings for 24 hours. Payments, applicable taxes, subscription management, and refunds are handled under Discord’s applicable payment terms. Do not purchase a feature until it is available in the Bot and you understand what it offers.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Burger RNG running, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Commands may sometimes be delayed or unavailable because of Discord outages, hosting issues, maintenance, bugs, or other causes. Game data is saved periodically rather than after every individual action, so recent progress may occasionally be lost during unexpected failures. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service.

6. Discord and other services

Burger RNG relies on Discord to deliver interactions and uses hosting infrastructure to operate and store game data. Your use of Discord is governed separately by Discord's own Terms and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or decisions of third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the Bot will always be error-free, secure, or available or that virtual progress can always be recovered. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Leaving and data deletion

You can stop using Burger RNG at any time. Removing or uninstalling the Bot does not necessarily erase existing saved game progress. To request access to or deletion of personal data associated with your Discord account, email burgerrng.support@gmail.com with your Discord user ID and the request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. For further details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates to these terms

We may revise these Terms as Burger RNG develops or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
